I’m not completely happy with my purchase. For $99i think the metal used would be a little thicker. There were also some small bends on the one name and on the infinity symbol

I got what I paid for, I should go to the store if ever I will buy something like this again.

We ordered 12/6 to hopefully get it shipped by Christmas. Ordered one item to be delivered to our son and daughter-in-law, It finally arrived on January 18th. The other 2 items I ordered arrived today... February 7th. The one for my husband is nice, but the coating looks terrible. Luckily it is going to be in his garage. Doubt if we will ever do business with them again... which is too bad because it looks like they can make a decent product. They just have to be honest with their shipping timelines.

the reason for only 3 stars: *I ordered my item before the "last day to get it before xmas", and it was not even shipped until a week after xmas. *they use UPS for shipping wich is probably super cheap for moments engraved but means that the customer will have serious trouble getting their item since UPS is a fraud. *the price for the item would be ok, if it wasn't for the bad quality of the surface. if you will order an item that are not in"color" I suppose its not a problem. I ordered in black and some corners had already lost the color upon arrival, and it will defo loose more once we put it on the wall. I will however give it 3 stars because it is beautifully cut, and is sturdy. And customer service answered me pretty quickly.

The product itself is okay. Flimsier then as depicted in the advertising. Monograms are manufactured from light gauge metal and only about 1/16” thick. We paid a premium to have our order expedited ; ordered on Dec 2 and did not receive it until January 8th. Finally when the package arrived we had to pay an additional $52.00 brokerage fee! This was never mentioned! Very disappointing experience. The final communication actually asked us for a good review in return for a $20! Unbelievable!

I ordered my product in early Nov, but that order was cancelled by the company as I had been charged the wrong amount. I had to reorder putting my ordered behind by two weeks. My ordered was finally shipped December 18 with UPS. It arrived at Pearson International Airport on Dec 19 and it went through customs that day and I paid the duty immediately. The transcript shows that it then went to Kentucky, then to Buffalo and then back to Concord where it somehow got lost. It should have arrived Dec 20, but my package was lost and finally arrived Jan 3. I was soooo disappointed. This was a special gift for my hubby which I secretly purchased and paid for without him knowing. It spoiled Christmas and my surprise. Although the problem was with UPS maybe your shipping company should change. The product itself was beautiful. I think there should be some compensation from UPS as they apparently lost the package and when I inquired about its whereabouts they constantly lied to me, until finally admitting they had lost it. Fortunately it was found, but two weeks too late.

The product was very nice. But I live in Ireland and the shipping and customs duty ended up costing me three times the price of the product. Not your fault. I won't be buying anything from the USA in the future. Live and learn!
