The Letters get lost
The sign arrived fine . But we feel the blocking on the letters and numbers are out of line . THE #1 AND THE LETTER I - get lost in the sign What about the 100% guarantee?
Response from Moments EngravedApr 6, 2023
Hi Sharon. I am so sorry to hear that you do not love your sign. The blocking is done by computer and we do not have any control over how specific letters and numbers align for a particular font. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to change this.

Happy in Australia!
We had Moments Engraved design and make a gate logo for us several years ago and have had it on our gate until this year when we had a new gate and surround built and electrified. We asked Moments Engraved if they could redo the design so that it would fit on the gatepost. They did and the whole process, with the miracles of modern technology, took about three weeks— from Minnesota to Queensland, Australia! Really happy with it and highly recommend Moments Engraved!
