I ordered my first piece in November. I received many compliments on it. I loved it so much and the quality was so good that I ordered a second piece. I am very happy with the quality of the second piece also. I received updates regarding the progress of each order. Both items were made and received in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Moments Engraved.

After searching for the prefect addition to my newly remodeled home, I found this company and ordered my initial wall art. I knew upfront it would not be delivered before Christmas and this ok. I received updates on the delivery and was not disappointed when I did get the wall art. Customer service was great and I felt that they truly wanted to make sure they delivered a quality product which they did. Honest and professional.

Loved my piece. Very unique as I’ve only seen one other in the city I reside in. I’ve since had friends inquiring where I purchased mine and gladly let them know. I also recently had a new back yard patio built and plan on ordering another to display there.

We ordered five plaques from Moments Engraved as Christmas presents for our children and were not only very happy with how they looked but also very pleased with their timely arrival. We just were sorry we hadn't bought one for ourselves while we were at it. This is a good company and we would purchase from them again.

Honestly you can’t promise customers that you will deliver and you DON’T!

Like most I would give a zero if possible . Hade made an order before 12/2/19 which they guaranteed delivery by 12/25/19. Emailed several times and gave a story they were flooded but still would make shipping arrangements to still guarantee 12/25/19 delivery. Didn’t happen . Then sent me a $20.00 discount voucher on next purchase . Email Amy with customer service several times . Lies , lies ,and more lies is all I ever got . My brother in law has been practicing law for over 30 years and as he has reviewed all correspondence and says they are not a reputable company and definitely not a smart one . Says , as I already knew , they have admitted quilt on their guaranteed delivery numerous times and still continue to lie . Received email on Monday night January 6th at 10:20 pm that they would deliver Wednesday January 8th . Did arrive 1/8/20 but had them return it unopened as I had told them I was going to. Have disputed credit card charges . Yet to see how that will turn out . If they return money I will be satisfied and never recommend or do business with them again . If not , my brother in law will sue them even tho he said probably never get anything from them because they a bogus company. I feel sorry for people that will have to hire an attorney because they will be out more money . Lucky for me we have one in family.

This company is a sham. 0 customer service. I ordered 2 signs on Nov 13 with guaranteed delivery for Christmas. When I tried to get ahold of customer service for my order all I got back were generic emails saying if I had ordered by deadline I would get it ( I ordered 6 weeks before deadline). I left multiple voicemails and not one reply even though they said they would reply within 24 hours. Signs arrived in the new year after almost 10 weeks. Too late to give as intended. Don’t waste your time on a company that does not value a customer.....even when they have sent 10 VIP emails to buy more product.
