This was the first time I ordered from your company and am very pleased. I purchased a tree of life for my newlywed niece and her husband, and had it shipped directly to their address. It arrived with no problem and they love it. Thank you for a great product with lovely workmanship.

I ordered two of these for family members. I wish I would have ordered one for myself. These are beautiful and very well made. It is very likely I will order again. The company was very quick to respond to any messages I sent about the timeline of my orders. They were open about when the product would be sent. Each piece is made individually so these are not mass produced which adds some time to the delivery date.

I have been waiting 6 weeks for my order. I was told that it would be 4 weeks. Still no delivery. Today I received an email from the company worried about the negative reviews they are getting here. Asked me to leave a glowing review and they would give me $20 off a future order. (Buying good reviews?). I wouldn’t order from them if they only take my money and don’t fill their orders. Moments Engraved charged my credit card the day I ordered but still no product. Beware! I think it’s a scam!!!! I am trying to get my money back since they can’t deliver.

I was told I would get a $20 coupon for my review. That is unnecessary. I got a GREAT price on cyber Monday and I received it before Christmas. It was exactly what I expected and will purchase again in the future.

I and my Family were both pleased with the products and delivery which was sent to Canada. All I can suggest is that hopefully you have learned from this experience and maybe put a cut off date for Christmas orders which would allow you lots of time to fulfil your orders. Best of Luck in the future.

I would highly recommend this as a perfect gift for any occasion. I have a couple of weddings this summer & this is my go to gift from now on. Thank you Bonita
