This company is very quick about answering any questions that you have about your order. When ordering on-line especially a personalized one you have to remember that it takes time to make it. Mine was perfect & I would definitely order from them again. Awesome company!!!! Love the product!!

Their service is terrible. We could not get a repose to our multiple phone calls and emails about where our products were. They promised them delivered before Christmas Day but we got them almost 3 weeks later. And one of them was made wrong. We will never order from them again.

The Monogrammed plaque I ordered arrived in good time and I was very pleased with it, as was the friend for whom it was purchased. I opted for the stainless steel fittings as I guessed the recipient of the gift would prefer to place it outside, this was a great idea as it meant they could hang it immediatly while I was there. I would definately order again.

I'm always dubious about purchasing online, but we are in the midst of building a cottage and when I saw the monograms, I could not resist and proceeded to order. I was one of the fortunate ones that received their product on time and I can appreciate someone being upset about not getting it in time for Christmas, especially if it was a gift as it was in my case. However the customer experience was excellent. I received an immediate response to my inquiry about delivery. The product was delivered in a timely manner and the product itself is very good quality and we love it! Even if it arrived late, I would not be disappointed in the end. I will order again.

I bought two beautiful products for my daughters with their name for Christmas. I live in Spain and my order arrived in only one week! I’m thinking in making my own, and for sure i’ll trust Moments Engraved for it!

I ordered my products in late November, so there was no issue with delivery. Received my products two weeks before Christmas. We just love our products. A forever token memory. Thank you so very much. Have keeper the website on file for future purchases.
