I ordered a sign to give to my husband for Christmas. I ordered early enough so it would arrive in time. When it arrived, I checked it out before I wrapped it. It was beautiful! On Christmas morning, my husband was amazed. He fell in love with it immediately. He said it was his best present. Friends came over two days later and immediately noticed the sign. They want to get one also. Our adult son is extremely difficult to buy for. My husband said he would love having his own sign. We ordered one for him too! I can’t wait to receive it and give it to him. The workmanship is incredible. It will dress up any place we put it! We are going to hang it on an inside wall and we are seriously considering getting a larger one for outside. We highly recommend this product!

I ordered for my daughter for Christmas! I did not receive my plaque until after Christmas “ however I emailed moments engraved a couple of time and got a quick reply” telling me they were trying their best to fill all orders before Christmas. Being a smaller business I M sure they did the best they could. My daughter received her plaque 1 week late but she was absolutely thrilled with it. So it was worth the wait. Thanks moment engraved ! And I will definitely order from them again.

I was very pleased with the products I purchased for two of my adult children and so were they. The quality of the products met expectations. As gifts they received rave reviews from both recipients. I purposely ordered early to avoid the holiday rush, so I didn't experience any customer service or untimely delivery issues. Will definitely order more in the future.

This was a Christmas gift for my son in law. Beautiful craftsmanship it's absolutely stunning. It's hand made not mass-produced. Email to make sure it would be received in time.I received a response with-in 24 hrs. He loves it.

I sent my niece a beautiful 24" name sign that looks spectacular. I ordered in November and it was delivered 2 weeks before Christmas. I will use this company again as it a great idea for a gift.

They are EXTREMELY DISHONEST!! Don’t do business with them!! I placed an order - I did not receive an email confirmation as I had previously and my credit card rejected the tranasaction. So I went ahead a created a new order. They BILLED ME FOR BOTH. I received a duplicate item as well. I emailed and explained the situation even provided my rejected credit card email. I had to email SEVERAL TIMES before I received a response ...finally I got one - they would not refund me for the duplicate order. So disappointed with this company and their customer service... don’t even think about it.... Patsy
