We show a variety of sizes in our ads and the sign is offered in sizes ranging from 18"- 36"on our website. You ordered the 18" size. A past customer I was looking forward to re-ordering. At Christmas, Fed Ex had a problem delivering understandably, but the owners were gracious and reached out to me personally. Now that speaks volumes for this company. I will certainly order again!

I'd give them an 0 rating if it were an option. I even contacted the company prior to ordering to make sure I would be receiving what was listed in the photos and they assured me yes. I was to get a 3ft x 4ft piece of artwork...it arrived in an 8.5 x 11 envelope and measured 7" x 9"!! I was absolutely shocked! I did do a review on their FB page and they deleted it. I did file with the BBB along with 48 others in the past 3 years. Tons and tons of bad reviews on line for this company! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM...IT IS A SCAM COMPANY!
