I purchased the Scoria before Christmas as a gift to myself. I owned 2 other E bikes with different manufacturers. the Mokwheel brand exceeded my list for build quality, reliability, and technology. not counting the bold looks of any of there bikes. the ordering process was very smooth. they kept me updated throughout the whole process before ship date. tracking # was received right when my order was shipped. excellent shipping expectations during the black Friday busy demand. my order was received 4 days after placing the online order. order was received in perfect condition. the box had no signs of punishment during the shipping process. the bike was well protected with many safeguards in place to protect the bike. many thanks to there team for the extra protection making sure this load was always protect for the unexpected mishap with shipping. Bike assembly was very smooth and even extra bolts, washers, screws if by change years down the road something would be needed. Mokwheel earned my support for future sales down the road. I am now a loyal customer. Thank you Mokwheel

Lieferung war sehr schnell , das Fahrrad anhand der beiliegenden Beschreibung alleine gemütlich in 30 min aufgebaut . Manche haben geschrieben das sie Probleme mit den Bremsen hatten , diese müssen natürlich erst eingebremst werden ( mit voller Geschwindigkeit ein paar mal eine Vollbremsung machen ) Die ersten 250km habe ich hinter mir und muss sagen das alles super ist ! Werde das Fahrrad auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen
