The purchasing and delivery processes were seamless and efficient. Assembly was straightforward, with many helpful videos available. Following contact regarding a minor electrical issue and a comment about the battery compartment's appearance, which I felt needed addressing, and a question about a twist throttle due to the thumb throttle's discomfort for my arthritic hands, I unfortunately did not receive a response from Mokwheel. This was a significant investment for me, and the lack of response regarding the apparent damage to the painted surface is disappointing, though the product itself is excellent. Update and removing a star. This company has one of the worst customer service teams I've encountered. They are short with you and rude. When asked if anyone sells a twist throttle with Mokwheels pin connectors I was told we don't sell those. I knew that, that wasn't the question. Still nothing about taking a grinder to my frame on a $1600 Bike. They aren't willing to compensate for a grinder being used on my frame.

Habe ein Mokwheel Basalt gekauft. Ich Pendel damit jeden Tag zur Arbeit und nutze einen Anhänger für Kind und Hund. Ich bin absolut 100% zufrieden. Bei allen Fragen,sowie Problemen hat Mokwheel immer schnellstmöglich und freundlich geantwortet. Ich hatte z.B. ein defektes Teil durch Verschleiß...von meiner Anfrage bis zur kostenlosen Ersatzteillieferungen vergingen knapp 9 Tage. Das schaffen die deutschen Firmen meistens nicht Mal! Vielen Dank an das Mokwheel-Team !!!

The entire process was great. No problem with the order and delivery. The bikes were better than I expected. Took them for a quick spin and they were awesome. Great power and great speed. Would recommend buying these bikes.

The Mokwheel Obsidian Electric Bike is amazing. First, I looked at the construction. The welds are superior! I have no worries that this bike is well built and will stand up to years of service. Second, I tested out the motor. Wow is all I can say. The pedal assist is smooth and seamless. I am 71 years old and this bike gives me the exercise I need and yet I have the motor to assist for my longer rides. Third, the display is bright and very readable in bright sunlight. Very happy with my purchase.

The purchasing process was very simple and easy, as this is my first purchase of an ebike and have very little miles on it so far I've enjoyed the few miles I put on it. After purchasing the product came quick and very well packaged and is very well built. The company produces a very well quality product and gives very good deals on different packages during purchasing. I'm sure I'll be making another purchase later.

Researched e-bikes and mokwheel seemed to be one of the best. Purchased and received bike. Assembly was pretty straightforward. Unable to ride due to cold weather. Bike looks like it is very well made.

Wir haben uns die Fahrräder ausgesucht, nachdem wir die Beschreibung gelesen haben und diese für gut gefunden haben. Dann kamen die Fahrräder zerlegt an , wurden von meinem Mann zusammen gebaut und schon ging los mit einer Probefahrt. Das empfinden mit einem Elektrofahrad ist schon eine kleine Umgewöhnung. Aber bald ging es dann schon los, eine größere Runde zu drehen. Wir würden uns immer wieder ein Elktrofahrad kaufen....weitere Ziele erreichen und entspannter fahren.
