Ich bin wirklich begeistert von der Qualität der Fahrräder von Mokwheel, ich habe bereits 1200km zurückgelegt ohne ernsthafte Probleme. Bei Fragen zur Technik oder Zubehör ist der Kundenservice sehr zuvorkommend hat mir immer eine geeignete Lösung angeboten.Ich habe es nicht bereut ein Fahrrad im Internet zu kaufen.

I received my bike in Dec. 22, basically 23 and started having problems with the battery in 2025. It is warranted for 2 years as I was told and with no leyway for self-diagnoses to see if I had done something or could do something different. I was told this is normal for the battery life to go bad with a replacement cost of $600. This was not acceptable and I would be alert for this reason to buying this bike. Otherwise, the bike is ok.

My Basalt 2.0 is beyond my expectations, simple to put together and a blast to ride. Customer service is very helpful. I had a small problem and they diagnosed it and shipped a replacement part out quickly.

Top Fahrrad mit 2 Kleinigkeiten. Gestern war es soweit, seit dem 10.4.2026 hab ich das Obsidian 2.0, und gestern habe ich die 2000 Kilomter-Marke geknackt, also ich fahre schon ganz ordendlich. Beim ersten Regen nach ca. 500 Kilomter hatte ich einen kleinen Wassereinbruch irgendwo am abnehmbaren Display, bei Mokwheel reklamiert kam sofort ein Neues mit Kabel, Anleitung usw. Bei 1500 Kilometer reklamierte ich die Gabel vorne, sie hatte ein Wenig zu viel Spiel ( hatte ich das Gefühl ), auch hier kam sofort ne Neue mit Anleitung usw. Also ganz ehrlich wenn Mokwheel das Display noch wasserdichter bekommt beim 3.0 dann ist das ein Fatbike mit 1+. Ich würde es jeder Zeit wieder kaufen.

Website is good and easy to read understand the products. Products were easy to order and I feel we got good deals. The bikes are wonderful, high quality, fun to ride. A bit heavy, but that’s to be expected.

Honestly I'm wildly impressed with this company. The bikes are quality which accounts for the costs, the customer service though is what makes the brand in my opinion. Two or our screens cracked free because I tightened them too much they replaced them. On top of that I messed trying to convert points to rewards and they helped me out no questions no push back. Seriously a lovely brand and outstanding product.
