Update: TMB Did get back to me and were kind enough to replace the entire bottle and my experience with the customer service did turn around so that’s a positive. I wanted to wait a while to see how the bottles held up and have been using them daily. Unfortunately I dropped it for the first time today onto tarmac and the glass interior smashed along with a crack on the lid. Another bottle broken. It’s ashame because the concept of this bottle is fantastic and the modularity of it works great. Unfortunately it just seems too fragile in my experience. received this bottle around 3 months ago and have used it frequently since. Initial build quality appeared strong but it quickly became apparent that this wasn't the case. After about a week the text had rubbed off to top section of the bottle and after around 2 months, 2 cracks had formed in the lid section (Grey Piece). Although the bottle still holds together the cracks keep getting larger. Looks wise I do think its the best looking bottle I have but practicality isn't as advertised. I still need to have a thermal bottle as this has zero ability to keep drinks warm for longer. I reached out to TMB before leaving this review to see if they could help by sending out a replacement component. I was told they do not supply single components, which seems backwards for a modular system.... so they offered to send a replacement bottle if I paid for shipping. I paid for shipping and after dozens of emails chasing them for tracking information I started to get ignored and never received the replacement. I had to go through PayPal to get the shipping cost back. I first emailed around 6 weeks ago. What started out as a happy purchase turned into a big waste of money. That being said I would buy another, if I hadn't had the issue with the cracks and customer service I would have left a positive review.

Absolutely love my bottles - got one in blue and one in white - sturdy and ingenious design, everything fits perfect together. Think shipping takes longer because they are doing it themselves but customer support was kind to reply fast to all my messages.

It was quite a wait to receive my order. Though I did purchase aware that it was going to take some time. The first of my 2 bottles was shipped out sooner and I've been using it for about 6 months now and have had a chance to try all of the caps and accessories. It has performed great and met/surpassed most of my expectations. As much as I appreciate the greater volume of the extension and tall bottle I do find the implementation not very secure at least in my bottle. The extension sleeve tends to unlatch fairly easily sometimes accidentally, allowing the glass bottle to come out of the plastic case. Has this deterred me from using the bottle daily? Not at all. I have the spare glass bottle inserts that I'm able to swap out in a moment's notice and toss in the dishwasher which keeps everything nice and clean with no tastes being transferred from one beverage to another. I just received the 2nd bottle (looking forward to testing how secure the extension is on this one) from my order along with a whole new 3rd bottle which TMB graciously offered to address a small flaw that presented itself in the collar that locks in the cap and bottle into the plastic case. All of my communications to TMB were fairly quickly responded to and am happy that my small problem was quickly resolved. It may take a while to receive your order depending on when you order, which colour you want and what region you're in but if you're alright with that it's a great bottle! Love the concept and looking forward to a potential new innovative design and maybe more/bigger volume options. Thanks TMB!

Got mine earlier today, and I have to say the materials are top-notch. Made my tea with it immediately, and it performed flawlessly. No leaks or problems at all. The wait was worth it. I'm so impressed that I'm planning to get another one for my brother. The color selection is also great! Well done!

Got this through Kickstarter, shipping took longer than expected but it was totally worth the wait - i’ve never had so many people asking me about any accessory like they were asking about this bottle. Super cool - waiting for more add-ons to be released. One of the kickstarter success stories.
