What a wonderful experience!! I purchased The Claire and a matching band, and they were everything I ever could have asked for!! My rings are absolutely stunning!! The fit is perfect! Buying was an easy job and delivery was fast. I have gotten so many compliments on my rings. If you’re hesitant in buying…don’t be! You won’t regret it!

Purchased a ring for my fiancé for our Christmas wedding, but it was too small. Reached out to them when we returned from our honeymoon this weekend and told them return window had expired. They gave the option to pay a fee for the ring to be resized or order a new ring. The ring has been out of the box long enough to attempt to put it on and then back in the box. I will eat the cost of the ring because I didn’t read a 30 day exchange/refund policy. Worse customer service and will never again use them.

I ordered the starlight. The solitaire stone was very loose. I called Modern Gents. I shipped the ring back for free. I got a replacement about a week and a half later. Someone from the company called me and followed up. I was surprised by the personal customer service. They do stand behind their merchandise!

I paid for expedited shipping. I received a ring on time, but it was the wrong size. There wasn’t enough time to wait for an exchange (hence expedited shipping), so I had to rush to a local jewelry store and buy a substitute ring. When I returned the ring from ModGents, they refused to refund the expedited shipping. Because their mistake caused the return, I strongly feel like they should refund me. Update: Reducing to 1 star based on dishonest response from company. Contrary to their response below, I was not refunded for my expedited shipping. And the ring was not a size 5. My wife has a bunch of size 5 rings, and this ring was considerably smaller. Let their response be more of a reason not to shop here.

The rings are gorgeous, but not as durable as you'd expect at least for the rose gold. I got a set during my engagement, but didn't wear it until my wedding day. Since it was an alternative I knew I had to be careful. I took it off before bed, to shower, wash my hands, to clean, and for the majority of my work day. After a month the rose gold started to reveal the silver. I contacted them because of the life time warranty and was told I had to pay because of how long I had the ring (mind you I didn't wear it during that time). I came here to make a review a representative contacted me and she was very nice, and offered to send a replacement free of charge. To be honest at first I told her no, because I didn't not want to be dealing with this again in another month. She reassured me that that was not normal so there must have been an issue with that particular ring. She did mention I could try just the silver instead of rose gold but after hearing that of course I I stuck with rose gold. She asked me to remove the review or edit it and sent me a replacement ring immediately even before I sent the other ring back. After that I did remove the post as she asked. It did surprise me though, how different my old set and current set look. I must say the current one seemed better designed. But I didn't understand why they would be. Fast forward to now about 3 months later. Again, the same issue. I honestly wasn't even going to bother, she was extremely nice and did everything she said. I tried and just knew that I just had to try somewhere else because I want a rose gold ring. The ring itself is gorgeous and barely noticeable because the damage is done on the under parts and the sides where the ring and band touches. I've been stategic in making sure I always put those to side together when putting the ring on and try hard to not show the inside of my hand in pictures and things. However, I'm here making another review because what happened today is acceptable and deceitful. I came across an ad on fb and usually I scroll past. But the comment showing was from a guy asking about the quality because his wife likes to shower and wash her hands with rings on. I just replied honestly of my situation and suggested that if he did to stick with a silver as the rep told me before. The guy commented back but I could not see the response . Later I got a message request from him thanking me and Modern Gents deleted the comment altogether. That is so deceitful so I left a review here since they can't delete it. Please no one contact me as no I don't want another replacement and having to send this ring back for it to do the same in a few months. But it's deceitful to keep positive comments but delete negatively truthful ones. Edit to the company's response: Thank you for the response; however, as I stated in the above review, I literally take it off for everything from sleeping to cleaning and honestly barely wear it. I'm not even wearing it at this moment due to being at work. When I take them off I put them in the protective pouch that was sent with the second set. And at night in my ring box, which only have those rings in it. It's no way any harsh chemicals could have come in contact with them. My cheap rose gold ring from Walmart which I never took off is still good since 2018. I no longer wear it but I did not stop until 2022.
