Horrible don’t waist you money. I got rose gold diamond band it turned grey I sent it back had to pay shipping and they sent a new one. That one turned in 3 months. Just not worth the $$$$$$ for fake material

From the quality to the customer service 110%..I started purchasing these rings because I was afraid of loosing my diamonds or coming loose in my real diamond rings….I never expected to get this addicted to them. Everything is spot on. With all the promotions they have I will be buying more as now I can afford too..I’m more the 1-2 caret girl…Thank you Modern Gents….would love to see more colored stones in the future…just saying…

I have struggled to loose weight for a few years now. Finally got the weight off and my rings were too big. Thanks to the lifetime warranty I was able to send my rings back and get new ones. The customer service was exceptional. The nicest people and so helpful. I have told everyone about this company. I will continue to be a lifelong customer.

I first ordered a claire and the stone was just too large on my ring finger- it was an absolute gorgeous ring! I reached out to customer service and was able to exchange for the Elena. I’ve had it six months and received many compliments on it. It showed zero signs of wear until just recently when I noticed the gold wearing off but because of the lifetime warranty, customer service is replacing! I purchased from modern gents because I experienced a lot of issues with my private jeweler wedding set, between the head bending, the band warping, stone coming loose.. after the last time of getting it fixed I decided I’d only wear it for very special occasions- I was honestly terrified of something happening to it again which kind of sucks when it’s your wedding ring and you want to show off the beauty of it. My modern gents ring gave me no issues, I could confidently wear it without any stress. It was so easy to clean when it got a little dirty and looked just as beautiful and sparkly as the first day taking it out of the box! I will definitely be buying more rings from modern gents!

I bought the One and Only ring. I’ve had the ring on my finger for a week and the gold plating has already tarnished. I contacted them and was told I’d have to pay a fee to get it fixed. Update: Just got a call from one of their reps. Very nice person! They offered to send me a new ring free of charge so hopefully I’ll have a better experience with this one!
