Very good customer service which I appreciate! Also very very fast shipping

Poor quality. Upon receiving the ring, it felt cheap (almost like plastic). I shrugged it off assuming they had some sort of coating on it. The coating was uneven in a couple of spots. After less than 4 days of very minimal wear, the ring is tarnished and the stone is chipping along the table. I work in an office and I don't even wear my rings at work. The lifetime warranty doesn't cover any wear and tear or damaged stones (even after less than a week of use), and they have a 20% restocking fee for returned items. Absolutely not worth the money. The exact same rings can be purchased on Alibaba for $3.

I love my ring I got the one and only and the always band to go with it. And I just put in another order for another always band so I can put the ring in between the 2 bands

These rings are beautiful. I’ve purchased from this site twice so far and plan to buy more. I initially purchased the wrong size, which was easily remedied by contacting the company, shipping the rings back and the correct size was sent back to me within one week. I did have to pay shipping but it was my error with the sizing. I had one stone chip in a ring and it was replaced within a week with a brand new ring. They did try to get me to pay shipping which I told them I could not do and should not have to do because this was a product defect, they immediately sent me a prepaid label in the process was very fast. I haven’t had any issues with stones falling out and I wear my rings all the time unless I’m showering or sleeping. I’m pretty rough on jewelry but these still look dazzling and light catching. Honestly I am really impressed with all of the jewelry I’ve gotten from them so far.

Updated review: I initially posted a very poor review because of the roller coaster service. Started great then went sour real quick HOWEVER, I am quite impressed that after posting my review the company took my experience very personal and rectified it. Of course I would of had like to not go through that BUT I am pleased to say there actioned it right away. For that reason alone I am updating my review. Some room to improve but thank you Mike and the team at Modern Gents for taking my review seriously! For that I will happily give you a 5 star review!

I came across this company on Facebook when looking for wedding rings. I was a little skeptical, for many reasons, but I decided to just go for it and order a ring. What I got what something I never expected. The shipping time was phenomenal- even where it had to go across the US/Canadian border. Packaged really well, I discovered that they sent me the wrong ring. I emailed the company to explain the issue, and they were super quick at fixing it. They mailed out the one I ordered and it also arrived super fast. I’ve had my ring for quite a while, and it hasn’t turned my finger green or caused any sort of allergic reaction. Minus a few wear & tear scrapes and scuffs, which you can only really see close-up, the ring still looks amazing. This company went above and beyond for me, and I’m deeply appreciative! Thank you so much!
