When I received the Reina necklace, I was greatly disappointed by its weight, feel and look. It appeared as a very fake & low quality item. I really wanted to echange it for something else. Getting hit with a $4.95 return shipping fee and a timed, clunky app process directly contradicts "hassle-free"—especially for a four-time returning customer. That kind of friction turns a disappointing product into a genuinely frustrating experience. Fair warning- if you purchase from Modern Gents, you better be sure you read other reviews of the item you purchase because it will cost you extensive time, and a fee if you decide to return or exchange it. P.S. As of 08/06/26, the company reached out to me and facilitated an appropriate response to my concerns.

I bought the One and Only ring. I’ve had the ring on my finger for a week and the gold plating has already tarnished. I contacted them and was told I’d have to pay a fee to get it fixed. Update: Just got a call from one of their reps. Very nice person! They offered to send me a new ring free of charge so hopefully I’ll have a better experience with this one!

I have been using my ring from modgent for 2 years, and I only use it for soecial occasions. So far I have only worn it 8 times. When I got it, it was really lovely. I took care of it, not allowing harsh chemicals to get in contact (like sanitizer, lotion, etc).. Im surprised that the gold plate on the ring is chipping off! Looking back, the price they have is too much for the ring quality. The stone was perfecr, meanwhile the gold plated ring chips off even when you take good care of it.

I originally ordered the 3 rings in the wrong size. The exchange process was easy and I received the replacements incredibly fast. However, I've had the rings on less than 4 hours and my finger is already green. So there's $200 wasted!! The rings are nice looking, but they lose all the beauty on a green finger.

my fiancé ordered The Evermore in Rose Gold the ring was beautiful when we first got it but after a month and a half of wearing it the gold plate on the band is coming off and afer a week of wearing it the Stone doesn’t look shiny anymore i got fed up of the gold plate coming off that my fiancé just ordered a replacement ring from kays the ring are beautiful but more for like custom jewelry not for everyday wear

The three stars are coming from the beauty of the ring.. I received the star light set, for my engagement.. when it arrived the box was so smashed, it crushed my ring. I had to literally ARGUE with someone for 3 days, before they decided “we will replace it”, instead of “just send it back, and we will bend it straight”... IT WAS CRUSHED. I wanted a replacement, or my refund. Well, low & behold.. my replacement came into today.. BENT. Worse than the first ring. (This one wasn’t crushed in shipping, as the box was perfect) I’m not going through the trouble of having this one replaced. I give up with this company. I’d give 0 stars to the shipping company.. 2 stars for the customer service, because they did eventually replace my ring.
