Modern Gents Trading Co.Reviews of modgents.com

Modern Gents helped me find the perfect wedding band for my now husband , I mistakenly ordered the wrong size, but they made it so easy for me to exchange it for the correct size . They also send me a beautiful pair of ear rings for FREE , I’m so happy I found Modern Gents , I also got my husband to order me a wedding ring from here it was so many to choose from and I am IN LOVE , I recommended them to all of my family and friends .

My husband suggested I look into modern gents for a “backup” ring as my actual engagement/wedding ring had lost a diamond and was being sent out for repairs.. so I took his advice and purchased from modern gents .. it’s absolutely gorgeous, fits perfectly and the quality is fantastic. I was unaware when purchasing from modern gents that they have a LIFETIME WARRANTY. This was an added bonus seeing as I work with my hands all the time. The warranty is just an added sense of relief in case something was to happen to this ring as well… looking into other jewelry from modern gents as well now!

My fiance proposed to me with “The Queen” ring. The photos don’t do its justice. Such a good quality ring that took my breath away. I get so many compliments and people think it is pricey when it’s less than a fraction of what other rings cost. Did I mention the ring is STUNNING?! My bf ordered me like 2 sizes bigger and with their ring sizer they sent with the order I have my actual good fit ring size. The return policy was swift and a breeze and when I returned it for an exchange my ring was here in the next 4 business days. Excellent customer service. Also the ring is beautiful. My fiancé did the best job for this purchase !! 💙

Beautiful Rings & Amazing Customer Service! 💍 I absolutely love Modern Gents! Their rings are gorgeous, affordable, and have the perfect amount of sparkle! Pictures truly don’t do them justice. What really stands out to me, though, is how convenient and hassle-free they make their exchange process. Everything is so simple and straightforward, which makes the entire shopping experience even better. It’s nice knowing you’re purchasing from a company that makes things easy for its customers. I’m beyond happy with my ring and my overall experience. I would absolutely recommend Modern Gents to anyone looking for beautiful jewelry without spending a fortune! ❤️

This is my second purchase from this store. Could not be happier with the quality of both products. Even had to exchange a ring that was the wrong size. They guided me through the process and the new ring was instantly on its way to me. Good job Modern Gents!

Modern Gents is one of the best businesses I have dealt with in a while. As a small business owner myself I deal with ALOT of companies. MG has an outstanding website, easy returns and exchange process (which I have used 3 times with absolutely 0 issues). They process and ship orders SO fast, literally within 1 business day usually. They come packaged very well, in a nice pouch, with a ring sizer and cleaning cloth. I have purchased at this point 9 rings and kept 6 of them. Only exchanging if the stone was too big or just not my preferred style. All gorgeously stunning and great quality tho. I GENUINELY wish when I first got engaged I had used this website. It’s NOT worth spending thousands of dollars on “lab grown or natural” diamonds. Believe me. I have a mined diamond that I completely regret buying. My best friend has a $5,000 lab grown diamond from a very popular location and my MG’s rings are MORE stunning. my MG rings are better than my moissanites and my natural diamond. If I had done the research and learned about MG sooner I would have saved myself THOUSANDS. Their lifetime guarantee is very generous. (Although I have not had to use this or the warranty program yet I love that they offer this) I like to swap my rings a lot so I will probably not need to use that anytime soon. Bottom line: fantastic quality, seamless ordering, easy returns, and exchanges. Don’t waste your money! Half of the celebrities out there are wearing SIMULATED diamonds trying to brainwash people - don’t fall for the scam!

I have bought so many rings and earrings from Modern Gents. I absolutely love them. I get so many compliments and the girls at work ask to see which rings I put together everyday! I love that I have options in rose gold, gold, and white gold. I match my outfit and mood each day.

There was a shipping “hiccup”. When I emailed Modern Gents about it, they were responsive and helpful. The ring arrived on time despite the “hiccup” and it is gorgeous!!
