Recently ordered the Amore set and paired it with an additional Desire band for an island vacation. I knew there would be lots of pool and beach activities and I did not want to wear my wedding and anniversary bands. I’d seen videos and posts on FB and the reviews were great. When I received my order, my Desire band was the wrong size. I contacted Modern Gents immediately and they responded very quickly, apologized for the mix up, and offered me a couple options to get me what I needed in a timely fashion as my trip was just a few days away. I must say the customer service is absolutely outstanding!!!! My rings are gorgeous and held up through both pool and beach activities. I look forward to ordering more in the future. I had problems with my ring a few times but I will say the customer service of this company went above and beyond. They did everything they could to make my experience the best. After a few exchanges I have my dream ring and I’m super satisfied. Glad to see how they care about the customer and strive to keep you happy! Can’t recommend enough. Modern Gents is absolutely fabulous! There is costume jewelry, fine jewelry, and then there is Modern Gents. High quality products with affordable pricing. I was getting my nails done one day and received the sweetest comment. A woman commented, “Your ring is just sparking in the light!”. That’s when I knew Modern Gents was the real deal. My husband wears his ring to this day and it’s been over a year since I purchased wedding bands to replace our old ones. I hope they continue to make more variety because I am ready to replace all of my jewelry. My next purchase will be earrings and a necklace. Thank you Modern Gents!

I recently bought my amazing lovely girlfriend, and she was over the moon eith the purchase, she wears it every day and never takes it off, its not expensive and is good quality. We recommend it to all out friends.

My fiancé bought my engagement ring from Mod Gents and it was beautiful but the wrong size. Since it was after the 30 day return policy, we emailed and asked if there was any way to exchange it. Customer support was super accommodating, especially when the company came out with a new ring that was exactly what I wanted. They allowed us to exchange for the correct size in my dream ring and we only had to pay the difference between the old ring and the new one. That was 4 days ago, the new ring came in today and it is absolutely stunning. We can’t wait to order our wedding bands from them!

I really liked their eclipse ring and thought I got a great deal because the original price was marked at $799 but I got it on sale for $199. Last week I found the same exact item on Amazon for $29.99!! I ordered it from amazon and it is the exact same material, same design and weight. Then I noticed the price of the item on ModernGents is still $199. I realized they price up the item to the roof, then they mark it down to make the costumers feel like they may lose a great sale. Luckily it was within 30 days from my purchase and I was able to return the item. P.S.: How can there not be any less than 5 star reviews on an item? The seller is obviously deleting poor reviews. I should have known right there.

After my initial review, I will let you know that modern gents did contact me and offered to resolve the situation. They did send us another ring so my fiancé would have her ring at the wedding as well as sending a wedding band for me. I do appreciate the fact that they went out of their way to resolve an issue and would definitely recommend them in the future.

My first set was too flashy for me. I like the plainer things. It was a breeze to return. I got a beautiful solitaire from them instead. The customer service is top notch! I am beyond happy
