Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're truly sorry to hear about your aunt's experience and understand the challenges she's faced with our return policy. We take order issues like this very seriously, and it’s never our intention for any customer to feel taken advantage of in any circumstance. Our request for a photo is part of our standard process to investigate any missing item claims, but we absolutely understand that this isn’t always feasible for every customer, especially in unique circumstances. Please know that we are committed to resolving this fairly. One of our managers has attempted to get in touch through the phone number and email on file. If you or your aunt can reach out to us again directly, we’d be happy to look further into this and find a resolution. Your trust and satisfaction are extremely important to us, and we’d appreciate the chance to make this right.
