The purchase process was great!! The sales person seemed truly interested in our concerns and was very knowledgeable about the product. The product was delivered in less than two days. However, when the devise was put on over the patient’s head the fall alarm sounded. It was easily silenced, but was a problem when the same alarm sounded when the patient laid down at bedtime. In addition, when the patient had a small fall, the alarm did NOT sound. Also, the cord separated, so the unit will not stay around the patient’s neck. All of these issues have shaken the patient’s confidence in the product.
