I love this except I'm sure I asked if it was waterproof and the salesman said yes. After reading info it is only water resistant!!! Can't wear in shower with water raining on it. Otherwise good!

Patrick made the whole process so easy. He provided a thorough explanation that was easy to understand.

I’m new to the program but, I called for clarification and they answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.

Ben our advisor was very thorough and helpful. He answered all questions professionally and politely even if I asked them more than once. He took the time to go over everything with us and made sure we got what we needed. I wasn’t ready to buy at time but I called back and asked for him. He again went over everything and thanked me for calling him back directly. All items arrived timely and set up was pretty easy. Haven’t had to use it yet and I hope my Mother in law never needs to push the button!

Albert was great! Very helpful and patient.

Stuart made the task very easy, and he was so helpful and concered for my Mom. Would highly recommend this service to others. Darlene in c.s. was also very informative and helpful. Thank you!

The person answered all of my questions. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions as if it was the first time he had heard them. I explained what my mom was going through and he knew what I was needing. He explained every part of the service in great detail.

I was looking for services for my uncle. Great explanation of the services. Samantha was courteous, polite and very knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend.
