Fall alert went off multiple times a…
Fall alert went off multiple times a night. Every time I turned over in bed. It would wake me up and I would have to talk to company and let them know each time that I hadn’t fallen. No way to change sensitivity. Unit was way too large to have hanging around my neck. Not a fit for me,

Gabriel was knowledgeable about the products and very personable. What I didn't like was how the web site portrays in a picture that a fall detection button is included in the Cellular Classic System for $ 19.95, but when actually placing the order the fall detection button is $10.00 more per month. The web site is misleading.
