Felt like false information were…
Felt like false information were provided when I ordered the system. Was told my parent’s’s language of communication was available to assist my parents when the buttons were pressed. When we received the system, one could not communicate with the call center/dispatcher. The other could mot detect fall as intended. Customer service was at least respectful when I called, but still not too impressed with the system so far. If the replacement system is faulty again, I’m returning everything for something better

Very quick to call, very nice guy that answered all my questions and was friendly and helpful. The service is rated the best and ordering was simple and quick. Thank you!

Overall great customer service. Able to answer my questions with informative explanations. Only thing is my initial call was to get the pricing, info. on the best plan and do my research before jumping into a purchase. There were constant messages/phone calls after that, which was a bit frustrating. If a customer is interested and wants a service we will call to make the purchase!
