Easy to reach customer service

Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the young man that assisted me. But I do remember how incredibly and professionally he communicated with me! He answered all my questions and got me to the plan that worked best for me. I have 25 years in Sales Management and I would definitely promote this person to at least a trainer. A week later and I am still impressed.

I was so pleased to get friendly help when I called about opening my lock box. I am not thrilled with some of the instructions for the device. A clear list of everything about how and when to wear the device would be helpful. The device is too big. I would have preferred a white device but I was not given a choice.

Ordering was easy, rep. answered all my questions and I knew this was the right company for the device for my Mother.
