This is the first medical alert system I’ve ever purchased, nor did I know anyone who had one. I had so many questions, as I started my search without absolutely no knowledge about medical alerts. I was so fortunate to find Nathan. He helped me immensely….answered all my questions as well as any I didn’t know I had!! I received my system 3 days ago and, so far, I’m very pleased. So very easy to set up!! Thanks, Nathan.

Despite having a custom profile. EMS was called. Messages to cancel accidental call are confusing to a 98 year old. I was told that pressing the button would call the preferred phone number (which is her caregiver).

JD and Elon were both very helpful and informative about the devices available. Prices were reasonable and we definitely saved purchasing with the annual fee. It is so worth it for my family to have some peace knowing my Dad who lives alone has emergency services at the push of a button. MobileHelp, Thank you so much!!
