Call Paula!
Paula is the representative that answered when I first called. From the beginning, she answered every question that I had, and even some that I didn’t know to ask. I called about some protection for my mother, and she listened while I explained our situation. She told me about all of the options that she could offer. I told her that I wanted to do some more research (this was my first call) and she advised me on some of the questions that I needed to ask, and said that she would follow up with me in a few days. She did what she said she would do, and by that time, I knew that I would be using Mobile Help.

Buying experience was great
Buying experience was great. Delivery was quick. Testing did’t work, but a quick phone call fixed the problem (operator error as I didn’t hold the button for 2 to 3 seconds. Very satisfied with everything. Judy hoping I don’t fall and have to use, but like the fact of the security of the fall button
