Package was to be shipped bt 2 day…
Package was to be shipped bt 2 day mail, it's been a week and it still hasn't shipped.

Alarm goes off frequently...( ex:.when…
Alarm goes off frequently...( ex:.when I bend over, when ,I gently) lay it down). I had difficulty canceling alarm and call went through . I was put on hold, waiting for next available operatrr. That does not make me feel safe. Still deciding if I want to keep thus.

Outstanding service and help in setting…
Outstanding service and help in setting up. These days this is especially rare. Also my little grandson accidentally set off an alarm and not only did they respond immediately, with three calls, but they were very nice and understanding about the accident. No wonder this is a top ranked company in this field.

New customer experience
The whole process was tedious. I had difficulty getting any information online as theu did not want to share prices online. Once I spoke with the sales person. Everything was much better and he was very polite.
