Return Policy Is Ridiculous
I saw ads about this company's shoes on Facebook and I figured that I would buy myself a pair for work. I went to the website and realized that they didn't have size 10.5s, which I take. I contacted the company via Facebook Messenger and they pretty much said to buy the size 11s. I thought that having a pair of shoes that are half a size bigger wouldn't really make a difference so I purchased them. It took a month to get to me, but that's another issue within itself. I got the shoes this past Wednesday (05/26/2021) and tried them out at work and I had a couple issues with them where the shoes were too big for my feet (I thought my feet would wiggle a little bit when running, but not a lot), and the laces were too long. I contacted MLO for a possible return and refund and they wanted me to take and send them pictures of the shoes. The shoes were dirty from me wearing them at work, so the people at MLO told me that their return policy states that the shoes have to be unused and in the same condition. They even had the audacity to give me a discount code, which I won't be using as I will not be doing business with them ever again. It's pretty unfair how their support team on Facebook Messenger told me to get the Size 11, and when they don't fit me I can't get a refund. Shady business practice on MLO and I will be telling everybody I know not to do business with them.

Hey there Michael - I'm sorry to hear your shoes didn't fit you! I looked into the messages and can confirm that we do always recommend checking our sizing charts before purchasing to ensure the measurements are correct. I believe our team member was advising options given the other shoes you wear. We're always happy to look at exchanging shoes for another pair at no extra cost to you but if they've been worn for a day at work there's no way for us to reintegrate them back into our stock - I hope you can understand that we aim to provide every customer with shoes in pristine condition! For any future orders, we are always happy to return shoes if they're in the same condition as received. Just try them on and let us know if there's any issue with the fit and we can take it from there!
