The loop broke which was meant to hold my laces, I barely pulled them to make the shoes tight (because that's how you wear basketball shoes) and it broke like it was made out of paper. Real cheap material, no ankle support, strange feeling. Totally not made for basketball.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes; I only have received one pair and it’s been 3 weeks. It’s showing I received both of them and the one I haven’t received shows that it has been delivered and the one I have doesn’t show anything. I emailed 3 times about my concern and I’m getting the run around. It’s funny how they don’t do phone calls and only respond through emails. I think it’s time to call a lawyer because it looks like they’re not giving me a refund.

Honestly? The most comfortable shoes I’ve worn in a while. Did they take a bit long to get here? Sure... but the good news is: I have other shoes I rocked in the meantime (not sure why everyone is getting in them for shipping... have a little patience, y’all!). I’ve worn big brand sneakers all my life, and these are EASILY more comfortable than most — also, the lightest shoes I’ve ever worn, which is helpful for a long day on my feet. Toddler sizes soon??? My son would love a pair.

I got 3 pairs of shoes from a recent sale and I'll admit, I just wanted to be a bit more trendy after wearing sweatpants and slippers for 2020 and boy was that a mistake. I have had to buy so many new clothes because it looks so strange to have such nice shoes but no other nice clothes! These shoes are LOUD, and ask for a lot of attention and for that I need an entire outfit to complement them. If you're not willing to get extra attention because your social skills have gotten a bit rusty over the pandemic, I feel you brother, these shoes aren't for you unless you're looking to change that. One big thing, these shoes have made me feel much more confident and I owe it to MLO's designers. Top knotch.

Ripoff site don't buy from here literally spent 100 for shoes and you don't even get the tracking # even after a whole week sent an email and they send the same excuse saying what was wrong when I've clearly already stated what was wrong

I placed an order online and received an email stating I would receive tracking info in 1-4 business days. It has now been 13 days (9 of which were business days) and I have received a tracking ID for only 1 of the 3 shoes I purchased. I reached out to their support via email and was told in regards to one of my shoes “They are still waiting for inventory or stocks to arrive so they can ship it out soon” which seems to me they should have just been marked as “out of stock” online. Reading these other reviews, it seems I too will be waiting about a month or so for my shoes to arrive. That’s far too long for my liking. Very disappointed in what appeared to be a great company. Update: I have JUST recieved an email advising one of the shoes I purchased (two weeks ago) is now out of stock. I asked how long it would take to receive a different pair or a refund and have not received a response. Only that the shoe is out of stock. Also, the shoe still appears on their website for sale. Buyer beware!! ERA S190 W is not in stock but you’d never know from the website.

Trash company. I’d be very forgiving if they’d just ship my shoes out in a timely manner. I ordered a pair of shoes on 3/6/2021. It’s 3/31/2021 and I’m still waiting. Unless you’re cool with waiting over a month for your shoes (maybe even longer) then don’t order from this company at all.
