Good customer service and excellent looking quality shoes!!

Ordered a week ago. Still hasn't even shipped out.

I have waited over 3 months for my shoes and still have not received them. I received a notification 2 weeks ago saying that my order has been expired without any explanation. I emailed the team and was advised my shoes will be reposted within 10 days and still not received anything. Definitely will never use this service again.

The customer service is nothing like I've ever seen before!!! The support team was extremely responsive to any questions I had about sizes, ordering, returns, and restocked shoes. Ordering and returning shoes, if needed, is seamless. I ordered a pair of shoes that were a size too big. Jenny and Giselle championed the returned process. They fulfilled their promises, responded timely, and now my new shoes are on the way! Their whimsical and down-to-earth attitudes is evidence that they enjoy taking care of customers and easing their minds facilitating purchases online. I will definitely order more shoes from MLO!!
