I had a look through our emails with you and can see that Rigel and Giselle, as well as some of our other support team, have been doing our best to get this situation resolved for you! We always advise that a tracking number for any returned package is needed in order to proceed with refund or exchange. Because in this case you do not have those details, we are having to check manually amongst our returned packages with our logistics team to ensure that the shoes have been received. I know that this is a slightly longer process, but please bear with us as we are going above and beyond to ensure that your experience with us is to the high standards we expect! Hey there Jesse! Thanks for your feedback. We do hire a shoe designer that works alongside our manufacturing team, who are based outwith the US. Most of our shoes are shipped from our warehouses here, but on occasion when a shoe is particularly popular and we're low in stock, they may be shipped from our manufacturer instead! I hope that reassures you regarding our processes and the fact that we are happy to get those shoes returned to our warehouses within the US if you'd still like to go forward with a return!
