I'm giving 2 stars because the product is actually good. The problem is they sneak in the "VIP" along with your order with no clear messaging that it's $59.95 per month that they charge you later. I asked them to cancel that and refund my money. They said they would refund it and it would it take up to 10 business days to receive it. It's been nearly a month now, and I never received the refund, and they no longer communicate. Nice shoe. Even the price of the shoe is reasonable, but the bait and switch feel of making the VIP invisible by combining it with the free bag, is pretty bad form. On top of that, the "check is in the mail" approach to promising a refund they never planned to give, is truly bad business. If you order the shoe, just pay attention to the detail so you aren't out $100 for a $40 pair of shoes. Overall, I do not recommend.

I placed an order for Christmas 2022 and only received a partial shipment. I continually inquired about a delivery date for the second pair of shoes. Emails asked me to be patient; they are on their way from a different location. It’s now April 2023! Now all my email attempts are coming back as undeliverable!!! So ANGRY!

My last order never showed up. Company requires it be missing for 90 days before they will issue a refund or replacement. Im ay 112 days. Had to threaten company with FTC and BBB complaints to finally get my refund. Shoes are amazing if they ever show up

Placed an order Jan 15. It’s literally been a month and my shoes still haven’t arrived. Website says 9 business days max for standard shipping. Ordered shoes for my sister Jan 16 and they came within a week. If they’re out of stock don’t let me buy them. Or at least email me letting me know. I’m being generous with a 2 star considering I still haven’t got my pair.

Still haven’t received my order

I order two pairs of sneakers. Got DNa T650 within a week. But, I never received the DNA T240 and when I go to track item just says order. The customer service representative respond in email saying my order has been shipped but it has now been 4 weeks. Disappointing and won't support.

I couldn't tell you very much about the product because the date the product has not arrived. I got a notice a week ago that it was on the way and I ordered it a week or a week and a half prior to that and it's not here yet.

For the love of god do not buy from this website. I got recommended from a friend to buy from the website because I liked the way his shoes looked. And I did, AND IT TOOK A MONTH for the shoes to arrive. Not only that but the shoe quality is terrible, it looks like its made out of cardboard. The only reason I give this 2 stars is the fact that the shoes even arrived.
