They don’t even deserve a star. I purchase 2 pairs of shoes. They sent a tracking number and it still hasn’t been picked up for delivery. I ordered NOVEMBER 30th. Since their policy reads no refunds if product has “shipped” I requested a refund and communication has stopped. This company is full of it! Your better off paying for something in stores. Worst experience ever, will never order product from this company every again!

I ordered shoes from them on the 26th of Nov 2021, they said they out of stock...they didnt get my order reprocessed and i had to settle for another type shoes, until Dec. 6th...its now Dec. 13th and i still have no shipping progression or tracking details. They say its been shipped but all i see is a shipping label made...says that for 6 days now. All they have to do is tell the truth but they keep saying it shipped. I requested my money back several times via email. but they have now stopped communicating with me via email and social media. They act like i dont know they products are drop shipped from china...nothing comes from them actually...cause there is other shoes on amazon that are the exact same ones...some of they promo pics on they website are event the exact same ones sellers use on amazon...but at least i would get those shoes quicker with Prime!!...this company needs to stop. I want my money back asap!!

While I currently have a fraud dispute open against them through capital one they are continuing to charge my card. I just woke up another charge from them today. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANKING INFORMATION OR CREDIT CARD NUMBER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. They have not responded to a single email even though they like to claim they have sent them. If anyone else has had issues like this contact me below as I will be filing a lawsuit against them and would be more than happy to make it a class action.

So I accidentally ordered the wrong size of shoes. So MLO let me keep them and sent me the right pair of shoes on top of that I’m so grateful. And appreciative that such a small company like this can be so generous.

Update* had to file a dispute with my bank to get them to finally refund me. They refund me partial because they decided to later change return policy to include a restocking fee. My bank had to get me the remaining amount back. Lesson learned. look on this site for reviews and aliexpress for any sort of clothing or apparel going forward; as these companies are just marked up drop-shippers who try to pull one over on you. Very very terrible company. The quality is extremely low. The shoes are not worth $10. Since the day I received a defective pair of shoes, I have been getting the run around through e-mail by their support. I have told them 4 times I would like to return my order and get a refund, 5 now actually.They keep trying to push a replacement off on me, which I keep refusing because the quality is so bad. I am well within their 10 day return policy and they are telling me they do not do returns on defective items, and they only do replacements. It seems they don’t know the laws of the Consumer Rights Act and they don’t know their own policy. They said they will have to push my refund request up to their managers to make an “exception.” An exception to what? I’m well within their policy. I strongly suggest not buying from this company that is morally and legally wrong. It seems I will have to call my bank and do a charge back on my card unfortunately.

Forced into VIP have paid $40 for vip b4 my shoes will get here it’s $20 a month won’t be allowed to cancel b4 60 days i have had poor customer experience on Facebook poor experience thru email still haven’t got my shoes said the order was returned to them so instead of contacting me because the address has something wrong with it they said they resent the order i asked them numerous times to stop the order and cancel vip and they won’t never again will i order shoes from them right now they said shipment has stopped on the resend first it’s 5-7 business days to ship now its 7-9 business days ordered Nov 18th

When ordered my 1st pair everything went smoothly, ordered my 2nd pair went smoothly as a barbwired fence! Sent the wrong pair, got them during the black friday sale. But damn because I got them at a good price what do they tell the fulfilment center "hey this one paid the cheap sale price send him the one's that aren't selling for us right now"

Poor experience. Bought shoes two weeks and still have no information on shipping. If you won’t give me the shoes, then refund my money. This is a scam. Don’t transact with them. I will find a dispute with my bank soon
