Shoes with quality worse than the dollar store. Aggressively shady in their “VIP” program. No clear benefits of paying $20 per month after the the free pair of “shoes” (styrofoam) in month 1 and they say you can’t cancel for 3 months despite their terms and conditions not prohibiting it. Awful business. Awful company. I smell a class action lawsuit incoming.

Just an awful experience. Bought shoes that said would be shipped in 1-4 business days. 18 days later, I have still not received any shipping information or order updates. When I reached out to them, they stated that my order was a "pre-order" and the shoes are currently in production..... no where on the website does it say this is a pre-order!! The support staff is super unhelpful, and this experience has been awful! I Just want a refund.

Cheap and low-quality. I will never purchase from this business again and I would strongly recommend against purchasing from this shady online provider. No items I purchased on my first visit to the site fit, and I was not allowed to refund OR EVEN EXCHANGE the items and I was told they were 'Final Sale'. BUYER BEWARE.

MLO's customer service was excellent. Every support team member was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable about their products. They took the time to offer replacements if your chosen product was out of stock or gave me the opportunity to wait for it. They responded to my inquires within minutes. I am a very satisfied customer and I recommend MLO's comfortable, stylish products for everyone. They sent notices about your shipments as well. Also, MLO's prices are very reasonable! It was a pleasure doing business with them!

When I received my order, there was a problem with it and I sent an email right away to MLO. They responded very quickly and sincerely apologized for the issue and promised to look into it further to make sure it didn’t happen to anyone else. Beyond that, their solution was professional and quick and the whole experience was absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend this company, they know how to treat their customers!

Stay away. This is a scam. They take your money and don’t ship. We ordered multiple pairs of shoes and had great communication the first few times then when I asked for a refund after over a month with no shipping, confirmation of order completed and no refund allowed. So no shoes, no money and magically after request for refund no contact

Do not buy from MLO Shoes. I have been getting the run around about when our shoes will ship for about 3 weeks. We ordered at the beginning on February (said product will be restocked on March 1). After multiple emails and promises that the shoes will ship in a few days, we have received nothing. They charged my credit card already and now tell me they can't cancel or refund my money. Do not waste your time.

I have a feeling most of these bad reviews are either falsified or bots. I just received my pair of shoes and first things I can say are: fantastic quality. Light, comfortable, extremely supportive, good fitting, awesome design and colours. I ordered 11s, and they fit exactly like they should. The bag they came in is nice quality and didn’t get ripped or torn during shipping (which isn’t the companies fault if that does happen, take up a complaint with your shipping provider lmfao) and they’re super easy to slip on and tighten up. I got the DNA T260s or whatever, definitely a recommended company to buy from if you want affordable shoes that are arguably better than the expensive ones from name brands. In my experience, as I’ve owned some overpriced Adidas shoes, these are far better.
