DO NOT Sign up for the VIP subscription this company locks you in for 60 days. 3 whole months and you can't cancel until 3 months have gone by. An absolute joke of a practice, you don't see successful companies follow this business practice as they actually allow their products to do the talking rather than trying to lock unsuspecting customers into a monthly subscription they can't get out of for 60 days. Will not be purchasing any thing from this company ever again and I suggest anyone reading this do the same.

Spent 70 on a pair of shoes just for the wrong size to be sent and now trying to just get a bigger size ans becaus it's a final sale they are refusing to exchange but oh so willing to give a 20% off code. Straight bullcrap... never ordering again.

Finally got my shoes in. They came in a plastic bag that got torn up. Poor shipping practice(to save on cost or whatever, doesn't matter) The shoes are poor quality. Horribly visible glued sole. The inserts are crappy. Flaking apart quickly. Would have been happier paying half the price I did for these. Definitely NOT what was expected for sure. NOT worth $80. Will not recommend at all.

Great shoes but pricey. The company false advertises for their memberships to trap you. Originally offer 70% off then after you signed up they change it to say “up to 70% off” - which I have screenshots of. Offers 50% off the first month fee but provides no promo code space to use it. You have to email them to cancel and they take 5+ days to respond and typically with the same generic responses. You never actually talk to a person, you gamble making purchases and signing up with them. Not a risk I’d say is worth it.

Saw there was a sale going on for Black Friday so I decided to get a few pairs. What I ended up with were shoes that looked and felt as cheap as the negative reviews said they were. By the time I opened the last pair I knew I’d wasted my money. Support has been unresponsive, still waiting on that refund.

I see a lot of whiny, bad reviews about quality, shipping times blah blah blah.. Yes they took about two weeks, apparently you aren't aware of shipping delays on products these days.... they ain't Amazon, be realistic. Quality? Seems to be well made, seams are tight, upper attached to the lower nicely, we'll see how they last. I've had $100 shoes break down in 2 months, nothing lasts for ever. Comfort? Right up there at the top. They weigh like 3 oz each, plenty of arch support, comfortable foot bed, lots of cushion while walking. Design? I had more compliments on my 59 dollar MLOs in a day than my 109 dollar AF1 I've worn 50 times. Sizing? I ordered 13s, I got 13s, they fit like 13s.
