I have order from them twice, I love the shoes but there customer service is the worst I experienced. Each shipment has been extremely late and the the sizes are wrong. When I sent an email asking for exchange, they asked for photos...no problem sent photos and no response. I sent another and still no response. I had to make a support request on their website as if I was complaining of a new issue. Once they responded they said I was outside the exchange window. I sent emails verifying I was well withing the exchange window but they failed to respond. I am still waiting on a reply from them on my request for management involvment.

UPDATE (12/2/2021): After I sent my last email requesting to have my order readied for a return shipment, they mentioned they would just refund me for the shoes anyway which was considerate of them. This company still needs to improve the follow: * Response rate and communication * Quality of the shoes and presentation (They came in a sack bag. The sole feels like cheap plastic and there are glue bits all around. The insole feels like walking on cardboard. I don't know how anyone could say these shoes are comfortable...) * Return policy: Having 10 days to return an item and not even having all the materials needed to return said item from day one of arrival, as well as the shoes needing to be in mint condition is incredibly unforgiving. It's almost like they've never shopped for shoes before. Would not recommend this company for the hassle and stress of this experience. Trash Shoes, feel like they cost $10, don't even look like how they are on the site, and trying to get a refund order placed, but now waiting over a day for responses (on multiple emails) for my refund process to start. Mind you they have a ridiculously tight 10-day return policy to get the shoes shipped by then, yet they're holding up the process. I WILL UPDATE IF THEY HELP ME AND SORT IT OUT. Do NOT trust their replies. Scammers in my mind right now.

Great shopping experience. Saw the add on Instagram and decided to go for it. I’ve had them for a couple weeks now and they are so comfortable. Highly recommend buying them.

Ordered the shoes. Didn't fit as expected. Reached out to customer service who at the time was VERY responsive... had to pay for return shipping (even though their website claimed customers wouldn't have to pay a thing). Was told once the shoes were returned to the warehouse, I would receive a follow-up e-mail about my refund... it's been a week now since the shoes arrived at their warehouse. No follow-up e-mail, no response to my outreaches. Funny how responsive they were before owing me money lol... Will be filing a dispute through my bank if I don't hear back by the end of week. I feel scammed.

My son's birthday was Oct 12th. He is 15 years old now. He wanted shoes with the color purple in them. We looked at a few shoe store with no satisfaction. Then I looked online with the description of "Hightop with purple". Amongst the different types that are up, MLO was in the group. Yes. I was skeptical of the ad at first. So I used a gift card. He really likes them.

Shoes are very low quality they are not worth 60-80 bucks took 1 month to get got a pair for me and my wife. her shoes had glue smudges on them. Update: They sent a replacement pair and the replacement pair is just as poor of quality. There are glue line on the shoes. Do not give as a gift. You will get laughed at

Absolutely blown away with the service I've received from MLO! I ordered the NRG S100 and when they came I couldn't believe there was actually shoes in the package, they were so light, they felt like nothing! The quality of the shoes look incredible and they feel even better! I did order the wrong size and I emailed about exchanging for a different size and I was responded to with all the information I needed and even follow up questions were answered quickly and effectively! I absolutely will be buying more from MLO.

This company and their replies back to paying customers are a joke! ANYONE READING THIS...PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF HEARTACHE & PAIN by not buying ANYTHING from this ridiculous business!!! You've been forewarned!!!!!!!!!!! Edit: 11/12/2021 Still haven't been refunded after sending both pair of shoes back unworned and in the same condition as I received them. You guys sent me the wrong size, gave me specific instructions as to how to go about getting a refund and it's been almost 2 months now! Totally unsatisfactory and definitely unprofessional. Next, I'll be contacting my bank fraud department!
