Hello Mclain, We appreciate your feedback. We're sorry to hear that our finish wasn't quite what you expected. However, we offer our finish samples for $2 each on our website, so you can see the finish in person before you purchase. We appreciate your business and feedback. Kind regards, ~Mitzi Team

A stylist helped me pick out the Renee, which I had missed on my own. It’s beautiful in my bathroom!

I have not received the product yet. When I ordered it ( a while ago) it said to be shipped in 2 weeks. Heard nothing from your company, had to follow up to find out what happened to the light and got a response saying it wasn't in the warehouse. This was my first experience with this company will probably not order again. Poor customer communication

I’m an interior designer and lighting designer consultant and Mitzi is one of my absolute favorite brands to specify. Every time I see their lights in person it’s better than what I could hope. The quality is beautiful and the designs are so unique and playful.

Item was defective and made very poorly. I ordered a bunch and there's no quality control. Customer service was worse. Still no refund after returning. Their reply below says it all. I will never buy from again. No indication of any "final sale" at the time of purchase and item is defective. Dishonest company. Don't do business with them!

Hi Dara, We apologize for any misunderstanding, if your item arrived damaged, of course we will refund you. But we ask that you do not return the damaged product back to us. Our team will be in touch with you shortly! Best, ~Mitzi Team
