One of my vanity light came without lightbulbs and there is no way to talk to someone about replacing them other than email.

I ordered a lamp back in November and it still hasn't shipped yet. No word from Mitzi on why it's taking so long. I don't mind waiting as I love the design but some acknowledgment that it's taking a very long time to deliver my order would be nice.

Love the light fixtures but shipping out my order took soooo long. I needed to contact to find out where my light fixtures were! My order was supposed to have shipped out but no tracking info for about a week and half. Only after I contacted they shipped it out!

Description didn’t make clearmor obvious the wall sconce had no switch. Had to spend extra $ for my electrician to convert a switch. I was sent a 20% for my next purchase but it expired a couple of days before I went to use it. Customer service was unable to give me a new code :(

Quality of lighting is good, there is just way too many emails and texts with promotions. I regrettable signed up with my telephone number for texts. I don't need multiple texts per week, light fixture purchasing is not typically a weekly recurring event.
