Great lamps, good customer service! Lamp shipped quickly and was well-packaged. Their website doesn't have a great cancel order feature, but after I accidentally double-ordered they let me ship back the second bathroom vanity light for a refund at no cost. Can't speak to the other lamps, but the one I got was high quality (Reese Three Lamp Bath/Vanity). Only complaint is shade didn't fit standard A19 bulbs and they don't list compatible bulbs on their website which would have saved me some time.

I received a high quality and well built product that was fairly priced and accurately described in the website listing. There was a bit of a hiccup with my purchase because Mitzi's system initially failed to apply the correct discount. I reached out to them and they swiftly fixed their error. Their customer service reps were very pleasant and helpful, and I plan to shop here again soon. I highly recommend this company.

The pendants arrived in perfect condition and took just about a week to get here. Completely happy with that timing. They are elegant and look nice in the hallway where I placed them. Previously there had been recessed lights which were fashionable at the time this house was built 25 years ago but I wanted a warmer look and the pendants fit the bill. Your online selection was excellent, too. Next time I need a lamp or lights I will check with Mitzi first. Thank you.
