First timer
First time purchasing from Mitzi. Great experience and the lighting fixtures are perfect. Only downside is I did not receive an e-mail alerting me my fixtures were on their way, BUT fortunately I was home and they arrived in record time too.

Ordered 8 bulbs over a month ago. Received 4. Contacted them right away they said they would send the remaining 4 out but it's been over 3 weeks and still no bulbs and no tracking number.

Hello Mateusz, Thanks for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the delay in shipping your bulbs. In some instances, there are internal system issues that may cause delays with orders. We have reached out to you via email about your concern. Again, we apologize in the delay and appreciate your patience and understanding. Kind regards, ~Mitzi Team

Great customer service from Mitzi
I recently ordered the Reese bath and vanity light for my powder room, and it looks so classy and gives off a great mid-century modern vibe. Unfortunately, the install is a little tricky because you have to fit the globe over a disc to fix it in place and it's a bit of a delicate endeavor. During install one of the globes broke, but I reached out to Mitzi and they agreed to send us a new globe free of charge. I am always so appreciative of companies who work so well with customers. Thank you, Mitzi!

Poor Customer Service
Products are beautiful, but customer service is extremely lacking. If your order is perfect, you’ll be in good shape. However if you need help with anything, don’t expect someone to care. I ordered two of the same fixture. One came with a bulb, and one did not. I was told I needed to buy the bulb for an extra fee for the second fixture, despite having the same exact fixture come in the same order with a bulb. I was left on “hold” with customer service for hours, and I didn’t receive a response before the close of business hours. I didn’t need an answer then, but a simple “We’re closing, but I’m going to leave the ticket open” would have been helpful. Instead, I had to reach out again and start over.
