Sometimes you see these post on Facebook and you never know if they are a scam or legit. So I tried to buy a mini figure. With some questions and confirmations, Lindsay got back to me instantly with replying to emails it was even less than 24 hours they would respond. I even said to her wow you guys are on the ball

Honestly, the figurines I'd ordered were very nicely designed. However, there were missing parts for 2 of my figurines. I managed to remedy one of the figurines with some loose parts I had kept from my earlier orders. But the the other had a missing part which was really an eye-sore. Wrote to the customer service. Now it's a waiting game :(

I have not received my item as yet but I have to mention that the customer service I received during my ordering process was top tier! I made a mistake with my order so I had to cancel it and then re-order it. Once I did this, I also requested to modify my order and throughout this entire process, my questions and concerns were addressed kindly and very quickly. I was also updated about the progress of my order at every stage thus far, which I really appreciate. This is what online shopping should always be like!
