Looks exactly like the picture they mocked up. They made sure I was satisfied with it before moving forward. I thought it would come unbuilt as they even verified that theory with me when I asked but it came already assembled.

I must say, whenever I made contact I always received a prompt reply, which was very appreciated. This online transaction was not stressful . The name necklaces look beautiful. I do like the way you can adjust the sizing, as my grand daughters are only 7years old at the moment . They will also be able to enjoy the necklaces in their teenage years. I highly recommend! Thanks so much !!

I had a issue with order arriving damaged beyond repair. I was extremely upset about it. I emailed them and they immediately jumped on it to help replace the moon lamp that was damaged. The staff has done an excellent job talking with me and making sure I am satisfied. Now I won't be completely satisfied until my order comes in not broken. But until then I am satisfied with the customer support. I wish all companies are like this one. Very professional and nice.
