Good service. I will mention Lindsey who was lovely I used an extra charge for double confirmation of the character and I'm glad I did. The service is excellent. Nice. Creating the character is simple and easy and the end result is amazing for any Lego lover Waiting for it to arrive.

Very accommodating, quick responses, went above and beyond to satisfy my order, patient and friendly. It was a very good experience. As far as the quality of the item, it was a gift for someone that I haven’t given to them yet so I don’t know the quality.

The company posted 2 keychains that were poorly made with loads of defects! It was meant to be a Fathers Day present for my husband and he was so upset when I showed him these keychains. Our families laughed at us for the money that I stupidly wasted on these ugly keychains. With grief and family pressure, I contacted customer care Sally who swiftly offered replacement with a new design despite the slight price difference. Sally has been really helpful. I'm now waiting for the new design to arrive in the post.

Staff Sally was helpful, sincere and patient in helping me get a compensation for the item that I ordered for Father's Day. Her kindness and professionalism made my experience less disappointing.
