Er was een snelle levering, passend bij de aangegeven tijd. Ook is er goed contact te maken met de klantenservice die persoonlijk reageren en checken of het product in de juiste staat bezorgd is. Heel fijn!

What an amazing customer service they have! Beautiful and matching outcome! The characters looks super cute and extremely easy to build with that 3D instruction on the phone.

The company sent blocks that did not represent us. I had a blonde beard and the wife had red hair. Not us and not in the picture sent. They offered a 10 percent refund, what a joke.

This is my second time ordering a custom brick figure as a gift. The first one was absolutely loved by the recipient, and I'm sure the second will be the same. The team is very quick to respond and is very understanding. Kudos!

I bought 14 detailed figures and was initially a little scared that it was a scam... let me tell you it is the furthest thing from it and I highly recommend this website (to be clear, I have no agenda and do not receive any compensation from this company). Here are tips for anyone who plans on buying from this website: 1. Note that there are at least two kinds of figures - round and square, each with different features and they can't be mixed. 2. Choose a detailed figure, not basic. 3. Add the 2.99$ for "Brick Figures Renderings Confirmation Service". That means you get the design before it's manufactured and can make changes! 4. This company had the best customer service I've seen in a while.. sure, I made a relatively expensive order but I assume it's just part of there company culture. I was emailing with them about every detail and always got a quick and helpful response. 5. I paid for express shipping and didn't get my order in the time frame I paid for (3-5 days) and so I got a full refund with absolutely no problem. 6. I created a QR barcode to be printed on the base of each figure and not only they accommodated this unorthodox request, the also made sure to print it on the box (a beautiful box btw), without me even asking.

MineBrick SCAM I do not recommend them to buy anything, as I just ordered a figurine from them, and paid extra VIP service, express delivery, and as a result, my figure was stuck on the border, and support MineBrick did not help with delivery and settlement of the situation, As a result, I have already left the country of delivery and will ask them to send the order to the new address to which they began to say that I have to solve the situation with the customs at the previous address and also pay for the additional delivery at the new address. I think it is outrageous and it is no VIP service when I have to decide questions of delivery on my own at a time when I paid extra for it. I don’t recommend buying anything from them!

Thank you for reaching out to us and bringing your concerns to our attention Руслан. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our service. Please note the customs clearance is not launched by us but by the local authorities. When you require us to send the parcel to a new address, it means remaking one, so there are extra costs. We have also sent you an email offering a solution, please check your inbox. Thank you.
