I chance upon Minebrick and found it interesting so decided to get one for my friend’s wedding. I am very happy with the purchase. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. As there were no confirmation email sent to us, I got panicky. I chatted with one of the customer service lady, Sally. She was prompt in replying me and followed up with me to checked if I received the items. V happy with the product and service.

Very good gift! I got it for me and my boyfriend for 6 months together and it came just on time. I really loved the detail (Aldo his hair is brown not black) but it came out so cute 🥰 The team was amazing too, I emailed them about my dilivery and they answered fast and politely. They really wanted to help. I am really looking for building it whit him. Thank you so much!

For a misunderstanding, I requested the wrong order because I wanted to modify everything and I ordered them fixed. Thankfully costumer service helped me to change to the right order and get the right product I was looking for. I was able to modify all the parts needed and now the figurines look like my best friend with his bride. This is a present for the beautiful couple and they will use the figurines as the cake topper. Thank you for your patience and support.
