MinebrickReviews of minebrick.com

Received my order. Got exactly what I ordered. The customer service was absolutely brilliant ( Sally) thank you. Will order more in the future.

This was the cutest gift for my boyfriend and came exactly how it looked. Very easy to build with online instructions. He loved it!

The customer support team was very helpful, serving as a liaison between me and the design team. One issue was most of the changes that I had told the design team directly through the website were misunderstood. The team however was very understanding and did not charge me for the changes for these misunderstandings. Overall a pretty great experience!

Whilst this wasn't the cheapest option for this kind of product on the market, I am so glad that I bought it. All I had to do was submit a clear photo, and minebrick did the rest. I was given a prsview, and allowed to make any changes i found necessary. Their communication was fantastic throughout and the express shipping option worked like a charm. I highly recommend this company

Amazing customer service from Sally. My order was wrong when I received it. She was so apologetic and managed to sort it straight away. I have ordered many items from this site and never had a problem. Thankyou Sally I really appreciate all your help. Would highly recommend.

👍👍👍Product delivery and overall satisfaction. The delivery was prompt and arrived exactly as scheduled, which was greatly appreciated.

This is precisely what I wanted! I received a render, but it was not what I had in mind. When I asked for changes, they made them right away and exceeded my expectations. I am happy with the design and looking forward to my bricks arriving.

all good, the two changes after the first design made it really good. it’s awesome!
