I think your product is unique and makes a wonderful gift for someone. I love & appreciate being sent a proof to have the opportunity to make any changes if necessary. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the box I ordered for the gift giving was split a bit on the side and I had to repair, plus a but flimsy. The enclosed gift card is bent & looks a bit messy. The order did not include a QR code with instructions for assembly of the boy. However, when I emailed Sienna, she responded right away with a link & I truly appreciate that! Thank you!

They work with you through the entirety of the process to make sure they deliver your vision of the product, ensuring it is perfect, which made it extra special to me because I am using it for a gift. Also, when it said my order was delivered, but was not at my door, they worked with me to help track it down and ensure that it was not missing and that I did in fact track it down and find it!
