The customer-service is amazing! For a couple of € extra I got the VIP service, it is worth every penny! They have helped me so much during the customisation process and also with the troubles I had with the delivery with DHL. They respond quickly and really helped me find solutions and even send me a new order when the order didn't show because of problems with DHL. Totally recommend.

The bricks look amazing and easy to put together! We needed an extra piece that was a different number than what we received. Working with Haley to resolve this was so quick and easy! Thank you for your excellent service!

I ordered 5 months ago, however, due to problems in the mail company (Not MineBrick's fault) the order didnt arrive, Me and CS/@Haley sent eachother 17 mails trying to solve the issue, she responded very kindly and very fast, and helped me alot. I am grateful for the service & the product is amazing !
