Mindgrasp charged our dormant accounts (cancelled in 2023 with explicit "successfully cancelled" confirmations—screenshots attached) multiple times in Dec 2025/Jan 2026, totaling over $36 across three unauthorized hits. They bypassed outdated payment methods to access current card info without permission, despite no account activity for years. We've sent multiple emails (Dec 2025 through early Jan 2026) demanding refunds and data deletion—no replies. Logging into profiles offers no self-delete options; it just loops back to their unresponsive support inbox. This forced us to dispute charges with banks, cancel cards, and deal with huge stress/inconvenience. Matches dozens of similar complaints—feels predatory. Avoid at all costs; better AI tools exist without these billing traps.

Did not respond to my email when I cancelled my free trial before the date. No refund. Still no cancellation. No reply from their end. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE WITH THEM.

This service is a scam and fraudulent, I cancelled my subscription with them 2 years ago cause it wasn’t useful and after 2 years they charged my account, reactivated my subscription without my authorization. I tried reaching out to customer service about this issue 4 times so far but no response. It’s frustrating this is happening to a lot of people and nothing is being done about it. I’m thinking of gathering a case of fraud or violating the FTCs click to cancel rule. Their products aren’t worthy so they steep to this level to steal from people to get money.

Signed up for the free version. Used it for a bit. It was helpful but didn't do all the things I thought it would so I cancelled the subscription. Cool beans. Check my bank the month after. Ive been charged for the month prior and this month. Instantly log in and start emailing them. They apologise and refund. Phew. Next month the same thing. I get another charge. Log into the account, completely delete and get rid of the account Delete everything. More emails. Sorry we cant refund you. More emails. Fine we'll refund you and deactivate your account have a nice day. And then lo and behold today on the 2nd of January ive been charged yet again. At this point I think I need to get a new card or somthing because this is disgusting

It is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel your subscription; there is no way to remove your information or delete your account, or even pause your account. If you want to unsubscribe, you have to email support, which does NOT reply at ALL. I've emailed them about 10 times and even tried reaching out via LinkedIn, and never got a single response or any form of acknowledgement. Even if you have cancelled, they could still charge you randomly, months or even years later. It's unnecessarily complicated and incredibly misleading. Avoid it at ALL costs. I had to cancel my card and get a new one because Mindgrasp AI refuses to let me cancel the subscription or delete my payment information, or even reply to my emails. What a deceitful, misleading, ANNOYING, and borderline illegal way to conduct business. There needs to be serious legal action taken against these scammers.

I signed up for Mindgrasp believing I was using a free trial. At no point did I receive a clear or prominent email or in-app reminder warning that the trial was ending or that an annual subscription costing over $100 would be charged automatically. On December 30, 2025, I discovered that my account had been charged. I contacted Mindgrasp support immediately and canceled the subscription right away. I have barely used the service since the charge. As a student with a limited budget, this unexpected billing caused significant stress. While I understand that terms and conditions may mention auto-renewal, I believe that charging a large annual fee without a trial-ending reminder is not transparent or user-friendly. I am sharing this experience so that other users—especially students—are aware of how the free trial transitions into a paid plan. I hope Mindgrasp improves transparency and handles refund requests more fairly in situations like this.

Has been charging my card for 3 years and doesn't respond to emails, so I can't cancel my "subscription" that I have never used.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. The product itself is buggy and overall okay. However, I canceled my subscription back in October and was just charged again??? I am not the only one, and apparently, they have done this to hundreds of other people. It is super scummy and predatory to sell this product to college students only to go around and steal money from their customers. There isn't an easy option to cancel; they ask you at least five different times if you want to cancel, and it then directs you to a JotForm. However, in their terms and agreements, there is a clause saying that unless you cancel by sending an email to them, the form is invalid. Even then, people are still getting charged. So if you were wrongfully charged, here are your options: report the transaction to your credit/debit card company and open a case with them, be very consistent about emailing them, or, in a worst-case scenario, get a new card.
