The AI consistently leaves out information and cannot process the entire document I give it. My school notes can be upwards of 15-30 pages and it just cuts off halfway or skips things. I've even used ChatGPT to optimize the notes for entry into Mindgrasp and Mindgrasp can't handle it. Contact me and I'll show you exactly what I mean.

Unauthorized charges after cancellation and account deletion! Avoid Mindgrasp at all costs! This company is charging my credit card without any authorization. I officially cancelled my subscription in March 2025 and I have written confirmation from their support (agent Arjay) stating that "no further costs would be charged." Despite this, on January 1st, 2026, they stole $12.99 from my account. The most insane part? They already deleted my account, so I can't even log in to manage or stop these fraudulent charges. I have already reported this to the Italian Postal Police and initiated a chargeback with my bank. UPDATE: Issue Resolved. Following my report, the manager contacted me personally. He refunded the charge caused by a technical bug and offered me an Amazon gift card for the inconvenience. The issue was correctly and professionally resolved by the support team."
