Absolute scam behavior. The cancellation process is intentionally designed to confuse you, they hide the actual cancellation link at the very bottom of the page with minimal opacity so it blends into the background, ensuring users don’t see it directly. I cancelled my subscription well before the renewal date, yet Mindgrasp AI went ahead and illegally charged my card anyway. To make matters worse, their customer support website is completely broken/down, making it impossible to get a hold of anyone to fix their "mistake." They are intentionally locking users out of support while stealing money from cancelled accounts. I have already filed a formal chargeback with my bank for unauthorized billing. Avoid this company at all costs, they will steal your money and ghost you.

This website is a fraudulent scam that tricks you into buying an annual subscription instead of a monthly. They did not send me a receipt for billing; they did not send me a receipt for cancellation. You can only contact them via email, and that is IF they reply. Absolutely do not use.

I’ve tried to cancel the subscription before the trial period ended, they however proceeded to charge for a whole year, would been more acceptable if it was a month. Sadly they won’t do a refund of any sort. Would definitely avoid using this platform - as it’s not worth risking it for being billed huge amounts for something that you tried to cancel. Make sure to get proof of subscription cancellation, as you won’t be refunded anything without it.

UPDATE: After leaving bad reviews and filing a complaint with the BBB, they did refund my subscription fee. The product was not impressive and I didn't really find it helpful and didn't use it after my first semester. After my second semester, I cancelled my subscription. In August of this year I was charged again. I went to their customer service page but it wasn't working so I again cancelled my subscription hoping they would offer a refund as I was cancelling the same day they charged me. I never received an email from them regarding the subscription, cancellation, or renewal. I finally find an email address for them through paypal and sent an email requesting a refund as I had not used the service for months and was sure I had previously cancelled it. I was told that my subscription was now cancelled but they would not issue a refund unless I can show them an email for the original cancellation. Other than the response from my refund request, I have not received any emails from them so I am not sure how I can show them a confirmation of cancellation email when they do not send them. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

stopped sending receipts to my email after a year or so. bank still got charged. definitely a malicious 'company'. reviews aren't helping the image of this 'company' either. very shady. people need to report the frauds behind these and get them to jail.

Signed up for free trial. Attempted to cancel before the trial ended, and got an error message despite following the proper procedure multiple times. I took screenshots of my attempts and emailed the support address listed on the screen explaining my situation. Their response was to provide an invoice for an annual subscription charge. I sent them another email explaining that I had attempted to cancel within the trial period and they had failed to address my email and provide support. Do not sign up for this service if you do not want a headache!

Even after subscribing, it asked me for payment. So I could not use it at all. And the cancellation, they keep charging you. You have to cancel your cards and close bank account and creat a bank account so they do not charge you.
